Rates:
Our full fee is:
  • $200 for initial intake session (usually 60 minutes).
  • $180 per 53 minute session
  • $150 per 45 minute session
  • $85 charge for no show/late cancels (less than 24 hour notice).

Insurance:
We accept and participate in many insurance plans. All insurance claims are sent electronically. Our software does not allow us to bill secondary insurance. If you wish to utilize a secondary insurance, we will provide you with a statement, that you can submit for reimbursement by your insurance company.

We can be utilized as an out-of-network provider for many  insurance carriers.  In these cases, your insurance may reimburse you for fees you pay up front. We will work with you to submit a super bill to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session versus any co-pay I may be responsible for?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician? 
  • Do I need a pre-authorization?

Payment:
Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. This includes fee-for-service, co-pays, and any outstanding balances such as for no-call/no-show fees. Payments are due at the time of session.
